Capture Billing uses HIPAA compliant encrypted email to communicate with medical practices and patients when the email contains PHI, Protected Health Information.
Below you will find the steps on how to register for our Secure Message Center and how to reset your password if needed.
1.When we send an encrypted email you will receive a notification like the one shown below:
2.When you click on the link to open the message it will take you to the following screen to register:
3.If you already have registered and need to reset your password go down to Forgot your password? And click on the Reset button.
4.A new window will pop up allowing you to reset your password. Make sure you follow the Password Rules.
5.After entering the requested information and clicking on Reset you will receive the following confirmation and email:
6.Click on the link to activate your new password. You should get the following message:
7.Click the Continue button and you will be taken back to the login screen to access the message center and your email.
