Our Success is Your Success In 1972 Dr. John Farrell Sr. opened his medical practice in Reston, Virginia. He was a solo practitioner with two part-time nurses until 1996 when his son, Dr. John Farrell Jr. joined his Dad in practice. Soon there after Dad retired and Dr. Farrell became a solo practitioner with his Dad’s two part-time nurses. Being a solo with the long hours and call every night was not the life for him. So in 1998 he hired a business manager, Manny Oliverez, and soon after added another physician. The practice exploded and before he knew it Dr. Farrell had 12 doctors in two locations.

Our medical practice’s success did not go unnoticed. In 2004 another medical practice that had problems paying their bills and meeting payroll contacted us for help .We took the medical billing methods and business practices we had developed, applied them to their practice, and took over their medical billing. Within six months we were successful in turning them around. Today that practice has increased revenue by 300%, is able to upgrade and buy new medical equipment, attract and pay quality staff, and all their doctors now receive bonuses.

Dr. Farrell thought it would be a good idea to help other medical practices that may be having problems with their medical billing so we spun off our practice’s billing and administration department and formed Capture Billing and Consulting, Inc.
