Medical Terminology for the Allied Health Professional will now be taught at Northern Virginia Community College! Katie Jennings will be teaching the course, she is an experienced medical biller and nurse which has helped her navigate in both the clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare. In this class, students will learn medical prefixes, suffixes, root words, and commonly used medical terms. This class will also prepare for the CPC certification exam and to succeed in the medical billing and coding field.
