I just finished reading an article about how to negotiate an Electronic Health Record software license agreement (SLA), by Houston Neal an EHR Market Analyst at Software Advice. I thought it would be a great resource for our readers.

In the article, Houston’s focus is on the five key areas of medical software contracts: the user license, implementation, service obligations, hardware and interfaces, and HITECH Act clauses.
